Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

 

Shipping rates and delivery

Each part is made to order. Shipping is free worldwide - the cost is already included in the price. Allow 2-4 weeks from order to delivery, depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order leaves our facility. If you can't find it, email us and we'll resend it.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

 

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right. For lost or delayed shipments, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
